Random Golf Schedule

I am trying to set up a random golf schedule for a league with excel. There are a different # of players each week - I just post a sheet and they sign up. There are male and female players and those who use carts and those who walk. What I would like to do is enter the names in a spreadsheet along with F for female / M for male and C for cart / W for walk. Column A would be names, column B would be F (female) or M (Male) and column C would be C (Cart) or W (Walk). I want to generate a schedule that:

1. Has players playing with different players each week.
2. Can have 2 males and 2 females on each team or 4 females or 4 males where possible.
3. Has 2 players per cart ( teams can consist of 4 people in 2 carts or all walkers)
4. Players would move up the schedule each week (players who went out last would work there way up the schedule until they are out first and vice versa)

I've attached a file with what I have done so far. I can randomly sort the players but not sure how to sort them based on the criteria in columns B & C.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
