simulation

I am doing simulation for inventory system that include ordering and lead time.
is it possible for excel to get the lead time for the column of lead time and then count the rows and add the ordered amount to the beginning inventory matching the lead time.

and orders should not be conflicted as an order is set then you can't order again unless the order is received
