Hi. I've never built a macro before but an assistant of mine at a previous company built one for me that would allow me to email just one tab from any workbook to anyone in my email list. I would like to be able to have this functionality in EXCEL 2010 and was hoping that I might be able to get some instructions on how to build this here. Can anyone help?

My email list is the address book of outlook (2010), which is the same program that I use to send email.
