Loop through Whole column A

Hello people!

I got a file that contains loads of numbers in always Column A in always sheetname"test"

I want to loop through all rows in column A, and for all instances I need to know how many instances there are of each.

I will use the result for each instance to make later conditions.

Could someone help me?
