    VBA File grayed out

I was trying to walk an associate in to make a changes to some macros I wrote. I tried to get her to go to the VB Editor and edit code (I gave her the password I set for the file). She said she enabled macros when she opened file. She can go there, but everything is grayed out. What could be the problem?

    TIA!

    Re: VBA File grayed out

I had her check properties in Windows and it is not read only. She sent me the file, and I found I had the same issue. I found if I recorded a macro and stopped it, things magically started working. For future reference, do you know what was going on? I originally sent this file to her for edits to the sheets themselves?

    Try the following:
From File >> Save As >> and save the file with a new name and set the path or location of save
