Need to write VBA for find the st blank cell and add formula

Dear Excel Expertise,

I have to raw data from range A3 to D17 (actual we have more than 100 lines).

I would like to write VBA for help me to update data as following step:

1) To find the 1st line that is blank data at A Column
2) Add the formula is equal above cell
3) copy formula at A5 to right handside to D5
4) Change wording Factory to Planning.
5) copy to other blank line.
