check if the values for two diff columns are in the same row

Hi!

I have attached files for references and the codes i've done so far. I want to type the last name and first name and look for that in the external file linked then get the email address. as what is written in the file, i have two last names that are the same but i will only copy the value in the third column if the first name matched what i have entered. I'm thinking I should find the first and last's row number and if they are equal, i will get the value of the third column and make it appear on the third textbox.

Any heads up?
