I am trying to develop an employee survey. I have already developed the survey questions as shown in the attached Excel. However, I am trying to figure out the following.
1. I will place the questionnaire on a server so that all department can access it and complete the survey
2. The result from all the individual surveys is summarized in a Summary Sheet
3. I am thinking of doing the following
a. Have an employee pick a blank survey sheet
b. Save and protect the survey so that this particular sheet cannot be accessed by another employee
The survey has to be anonymous/confidential so employee identity will not be visible.
Can someone help with achieving this goal??
