Referencing a cell on another sheet

A couple of weeks ago, I asked for help on referencing a particular cell on variable sheets in a workbook. The question was, about having a cell that would reference a sheet with an employees last name a period and then their first initial. I have another workbook in which the worksheets are named with first name and last name with no spaces in between.

So currently have Bob Jones in A68 with the following code.

That gets me referencing cell B17 on a sheet named Jones.B

Now, I need to reference B17 in a worksheet named BobJones

I've tried manipulating the current formula and had no luck.
