This Code extract runs perfectly on my Windows, but End User has Mac. and it is generating a Run Time Error 380 at the line populating the "Lead" Combobox with a range of names labelled "LEAD".

The Windows error 380 is "Invalid property value". Is this the same as on the Mac?
Is the Mac user's workbook identical to the Windows version?
Is the worksheet protected?

Many thanks for responding.
I have attached the file RunTIme Error.xlsm in question.
It is what I provided to the End User, and as far as I am aware they have not changed anything, so both should be identical.
The worksheets and file are not protected.
As for the meaning of the Error message, I have never used a Mac, but I thought the message was created by Excel rather than the Operating System? Suggesting it would be the same on both.

Hello Ochimus,
This problem is known to exist in some older Mac software. There is no RowSource property for ActiveX ListBox and ComboBox controls.
To workaround the problem, you will need to load the ListBox or ComboBox directly from the named range.

Thanks for producing the explanation and solution,
I had to wait for the User to confirm everything, and they are in Oz, so have only just got back to me saying everything now works smoothly.
