Copy the data under the existing data.

Hi Experts
I have an worksheet, in which we receive the data from a machine.
I want to copy the new data under the existing data. So I want

Compare Column B and copy the whole row in sheet3
Next when we add more data in sheet1 then it should only copy new data to sheet3
under the existing data.

Note:
Copy the specific data under the previous data.xlsmColumn B is the match criteria. Because always change the value

the above mentioned code only copy data at first time. It do not copy the data under the existing data.

I just want match the cell value and copy the whole matched rows and paste under the existing data
