Need help getting a reply to all macro working with HTML tables

Hey everyone,

I'm working on a macro that will "reply to all" on the currently selected email and send an HTML table with information prompted from the user.
HTML table works famously and all-in-all my macro was working well. However, today I decided to try to implement the reply to all feature and since then I've been having issues.
The code below will work for me if I comment out the htmlbody line. But if I leave it in it said I'm missing a required object. I know its something easy but I can't find it
