copying specific range from one workbook to another in specific range based on condition

i just need to add a condition that in case if O2=O1 then copy range F2:L2 of book2 in B14:H14 in the same invoice(book1). keep coping downwards in book1 till the invoice no. changes in book2. and when it change, it first save the running invoice, clear all cells and start coping data of second invoice. it will be appreciated if you solve my problem.

right now it can transfer only a single row, not multiple and only when invoice nos. are different.

their should be update button that updates those invoices that already have been saved. so, please help me.
