Functions do not work after Windos (Excel) reinstall

Hello,

I have reinstalled my Windows recently (so Excel) and when opened my last project from cloud it could not proccessed functions I've add into the project by VisualBasic. It retrieves compile error.
Does somebody have an idea how to make it work again?

To be more specific it writes "Compile error: Can't find project or library".
The only thing which changed is I've opened my spreadsheet at new reinstalled Windows.
Any ideas?

What statement is highlighted?

By yellow colour is highlighted the name of the fuction "Public Function StockQuote(ByVal Stock)"
by blue "http" which creates a object of WinHTTP.

In the VBE, do Tools > References and look for one of the checked ones at the top of the list that starts with MISSING. Uncheck it.

If that's not it, you may not have a reference set that you need, but I can't guess what it is without more information.
