Userform ComboBox to display value from a list only once

I have a ComboBox referencing column 1 in a table. Currently there are 4 names listed a total of 200+ plus times. But, I only want to see each name 1 time. I will use the value that is returned as a reference for the next ComboBox, such as; ComboBox5=ComboBox4.Column(2) etc... How do I do this?
