Altering Code to Change Date Value on Row Updated (Want to Set a Specific Range)

Hi Excel Gods,
I have the following code that, when changing any value in a row, the specific column K (which is a date) updates. However I have title headings which are affected by this code. That is that if I want to change a heading, the heading in column K changes to a date. Is there a way to alter this code so that I can set a specific range i.e K12:K1000 for example.

I can't figure out what you are asking. It looks like your code already ignores changes to the first row which I assume is a header row.

Thanks Nigelbloomy, I managed to fix my issue. I wanted the code only to apply to row 12 and beyond. I just havent had the time to edit this post as solved.
