    Convert formula to macro

    Hello All
    On the attached worksheet the formula in col as calcs the difference in each value from the max in col aa.
    The worksheets are 70 to 80k long & take a long time to calc..Is it possible to construct a macro to aid faster calculation.There are no empty rows in the data,these are for illustration only.
    Many thanks for help given.

    See if this solution is faster.

    Make a pivot table of your data (to find the max).

    After that use VLookup to find the max in the pivot table and abstract the value.

    Sorry but for various reason i cant use a pivot table.Thanks for the input.
