how to trigger sending email by outlook using the "refresh data" button

Hello all,

i have created an excel file to manage projects and i added a code (which i got from another thread and its working well) to send reminders using outlook. The file send emails once the file is opened.

i wonder if there is more practical way, for example to link it to the Refresh Data button, and if it is possible to still send emails while the file is closed
