Creating a summary report given a template

Hi,
I have raw data coming through. I need to be able to report on the data in a certain format that was provided to me. Please see attached the expected input and output. I need to be able to group the data by Status (column C) in order to produce the Summary report tab. The data will be growing every week and I am not sure how to make the Summary report dynamic to cater for this.
Can someone please provide guidance on how to best tackle this.
