Populate ListBox from Spreadsheet Data based on relevant ComboBox Selection - Userform VBA

Hi Everyone,

I have 2 Userforms in a workbook for 2 separate spreadsheets, both of which will be containing potentially large amounts of data in order to keep track of Company Agreements, etc. The 2 spreadsheets will be somewhat interlinked through the Userforms.

The 2 spreadsheets are called "Agreement DB" and "Amendment DB" respectively. UserForm1 is used to input details in Agreement DB and UserForm2 for Amendment DB, which is a database of all amendments associated to the agreements in Agreement DB. See attached.

In UserForm2, i want to populate whats under Column C of Agreement DB in the AgmtInput ListBox (Agreement) depending on what Primary Party you select in the P1Input ComboBox (Company). The P1Input CombBox will be limited to 11 entities only. Once user selects both the Company and Agreement, user will be prompted to fill in the amendment data in the userform which will then go straight into the Amendment DB.
