VBA Assign Shortcut Key to Hyperlink

Hi I wonder whether somone may be able to help me please.

The script below extracts a list of files from a specific directory and lists them on a sheet with a hyperlink inserted on each row so the user can save the file.

What I'm now trying to do is make some additions to the script that allows the user to select the hyperlink via a shortcut.

The piece of script which creates the hyperlink is as follows:

and I've tried using the following within this but without success:

Application.MacroOptions , Description:="", ShortcutKey:="C"

and

Application.OnKey "^c"

From the reading I've done I know how to run a macro from a shortcut key, but this isn't the whole macro I'm wanting to run.

I just wondered whether someone could possibly look at this please and let me know where I've gone wrong.
