how to get the list of macros that can be executed

hi,

I would like to get by code, the list of executable macros that appears when clicking on "Developer" tab --> "Macros"
i'm happy with an array, or collection or anything similar.

I want to record as a string the name of the macro that the user selects -- but I have all the elements to do that, except for a way to retrieve all the macros available.
The best would be to limit it to the macros present in the same workbook, but if it must be all I can filter it by name myself

is it possible at all?

I was hoping for a way to access the same list that excel uses.
in the list of macros, for instance, it is not possible to call procedures with parameters

in the end (and if no other answers come) I may have to go through the way you tell me.
