Hello.
Firstly I will try give some background on what I'm trying to achieve and hopefully it will make sense...
In my data I have a set of 'programme names' that when selected by a user, needs to filter my pivot tables/charts. Not all programmes will need to be viewed in the pivot, but if multiple programmes are selected by the 'user' I need to filter the pivots for each one. (Each time the filter is applied I have auto-updating charts in a PowerPoint that I will then need to screenshot and save as a snapshot for that programme)
Firstly, a user will select which programmes they wish to run reports for, using a slicer on a front page. This slicer then filters a pivot to create a list of selected programmes. This will be the list of programmes I wish to loop through to filter the other charts/tables.
So please could anyone help with the macro to loop through the list of 'programmes' to filter my pivots. The list will be of variable length. Also I would need the macro to filter first, perform an action (screenshot the power point slide and save into a fresh presentation - but i will worry about how to do this later!)
I.e if my list is in range A1:A12 (could be longer or shorter) and I need the pivot to filter to each value in this list one at a time)
Hopefully that makes sense.
Many Thanks
Alistair
