do not save in dialog box

    Hi

im writing a macro that copys data from an 7 original sheets (which are password protected) and saves them on 1 sheet to analyse a weeks worth of data
I have got as far as collecting the data, however when the macro goes to close the original sheets the "Save, Do not Save" dialog box comes up and asks for a manual prompt.
How can i put this in the macro as do not save?

    Mick

Re: do not save in dialog box

how are you referencing the original workbook?

this would close the "active" workbook, modify as needed:

Re: do not save in dialog box

either way should be fine, depending on what takes place after the close you may want to turn .displayalerts back on afterwards.
