Split data from main workbook to new workbooks

    Hello everyone
I have two workbooks : main workbook contains the data I wish to split in specific way
The other workbook is a sample of the expected results

I need to split data as illustrated in the sample : to three sheets (Basic - Other - Notes)
"Basic" sheet to include five fields : Name & Date & Nationality & Unit & Class
"Other" sheet to include three fields : Annual & Salary & Additions
"Notes" sheet to include the field : Notes only

The name of the created workbook should be as the Name of the client
    Thanks advanced
