Listbox filtering by combobox and listbox navigation

Hi I am trying to make a combobox that gives user the opportunity to select and see last logins from a user (if he is admin) or his logins
(if he is another user). If user does not have logins to be appeared "No data" in list

I have also four buttons for navigation but do not work properly if user click on a selected item of listbox.
