Macro to find and rename cell reference?

Hey Guys, new to the Forum here, have looked and I can't find,

I've got a list of about 100 Checkboxes on sheet1 Cell referenced to "sheet2"
I have to make multiple copies of sheet1 and 2. named say (sheet3 and sheet4)
Now my "sheet3" checkboxes still reference sheet2 instead of sheet4

is there a macro I can use to "Find and replace" sheet2 with sheet4 in Cell reference or am I wasting my efforts??

Checkboxes of Form Control type? or ActiveX?

They are ActiveX

If ActiveX, this code would replace Sheet2 references on checkboxes in Sheet3 with Sheet4 references. It only does it for checkboxes whose original linked cell was on Sheet2, you could remove the if part of the line if you just want to change all of them regardless.
