Rename Tab and Format Name same as cell value

I am trying to copy the active sheet (that acts as a template) and create a new sheet that is renamed based on a cell value.
The code I currently am using works except that it drops the first few zero's from the name.
For example: The cell value equals 00010, when I copy and rename the tab, I get 10. I would really like to keep the formatting the same.
The formatting for the cell is for zip code.
Any advice?

This will work more directly and always give the same text as displayed in the cell A12.
