Pivot cross calculation

Please find attached file

There are two different List
But I want difference between two items
eg.

In one list following items are there

Bank Interest Inward Loan
Beverages Inward Loan
Food Purchase Inward Loan
Salary Inward Loan
Transportation Inward Loan
Veriable OH Inward Loan

and another list having similar but opposite
Bank Interest Outward Loan
Beverages Outward Loan
Fixed OH Outward Loan
Salary Outward Loan
Transportation Outward Loan

I am giving loan from one group to another group

but I am not able to get final status for all or particular group

Thanks for your valuable reply.
Special thanks for the way you catch the text value from all accounts like Salary, Bank, Food etc.

1) Actually I am using Excel 2010 So I cant view and update pivot table.
2) Column C and D both are Bank Accounts So Always money will go from one bank to other
3) Some times Money will be back in same account from different account
but when it comes I am not getting total effect of that account because it is contra entry, So I can save users time to make two entries.
4) you have entered data in my sheet but you have not specified that from which account you recd that money. I understood you entered that for
negative entry.
5) But user is going to enter data in this column where you have entered data, So we cant enter data in same column
6) So please give solution for how I can get Final Bank Loan Status for every account.
7) Please provide solution in excel 2010

So I cant view and update pivot table. i should a available in excel 2010.

Why don't you let users add 2 rows (instead 2 columns)?, then you could use the pivot table, from the start.

If I allow user to add 2 Rows then How I can get reference from which bank to which bank
money has been transferred, because data will be inserted one bellow one.
So it is difficult to cross verify.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible
Can we use same name in both column instead of outward and inward
But how pivot will calculate one column is positive and one column is negative
and how pivot will search same value from from both column
and how pivot will understand for one column amount should consider positive and for
another column same amount should consider negative.
