Refresh Specific Web Queries

Hello,

I've got a workbook with a couple of hundred web queries. I need to refresh some of them at different intervals (i.e. some daily, some weekly, some monthly). When I refresh all, I'm having timeout issues. To get around this, I'm trying to build a VBA macro that allows me to refresh web queries on a specific tab. I've been looking on this (and many other sites), but I'm not finding anything to help me with how to do this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
