help with deleted rows with certain values

Hello. I created the code below all by lonesome. I'm mofuggin amazing. Anyways, how can I use range instead of cells (just curious)? Also, if I have cells in column one how can I just find the first used cell and loop through the last used cell (so I wouldn't have to manually insert the for i number)? Thank ye.
