eliminating format data needs some idea's and suggestions please

my problems are : my worksheet contain data with 3 different sort of numbers , general number, numbers format as percentages & numbers format with currency symbol. giving the fact that this project supposed to work with different currencies ,the currency symbol is based on the value cell in at sheet(data) range(S7). the present time this macro change all my all numbers except the percentage , but what i need is when i select the currency symbol and run the macro that it will not change number that related to that and not numbers with formatting of "general" (i.e 1,4,6,2015 est look range Q48:R68) , my second problems is that when the value in the cell is 0 (zero) it does not get the currency symbol as selected ,
any help or ideas will be appreciated , my project run data between range F9 to AZ6000
