Cells have different date formatting.

Im about to export an excel file to sql server to perform queries however, I am trying to fix up the date formatting in the attached file. These are open dates and the max date should be the date today. If you will try to filter the data by date, you will see that we have dates from july to march which is obviously in a wrong format. Can somebody help me fix the date. date format should be dd/mm/yyyy

Most of your "dates" are not really dates, but text that looks like a date. Tates are numeric, and will, by default, right-align. So if you see any "dates" that are left-aligned, chances are, they are not real dates.

Here is how you can fix this.

Highlight the entire range
Select Text2Columns on the Data tab
check Delimited
click Next/Next
check Date and select d/m/y
click OK

This should convert your text dates to real dates
