Compare/Contrast Two Tables Using Conditional Formatting

This may be possible with conditional formatting but we need much more specific information about data layout. Please post a file with sample data. Define what "cells that are the same" means; what the primary and secondary keys and what do you mean by that (I know what a key is but primary and secondary suggests there is some precedence, which makes sense for sorting but not for matching). If the tables do match up, what do want to do with the cells in one that don't exist at all in the other?

You'll see that it is a two way pivot table. By the "same" I meant that the actual data that populates both tables. Maybe primary and secondary keys wasn't the right phrasing.

For the cells that exist in one but not the other, we can leave those alone.

For example, what I would want marked green in table 1 is 7/12/2015, player ID 2, the value in table 1 is 7. This matches with table 2.

What I would want marked red in table 1 is 7/26/2015, player ID 9, the value in table 1 is 7. The value in table 2 for 7/26/2015 and player ID 9 is 5. These do not match up.

Does this clarify it all?
