Look up & add hyperlink if number is in list

Ok -
So in my wb we have thousands of issues. Occasionally we require a picture to go with the issue. We upload these pictures to sharepoint which is able to provide me a table with all the URL's

What i am looking for is if a issue number is added to the table on the separate sheet, that it will automatically add the hyperlink from the lookup sheet into the cell in col A on the Issues List. But only if the number appears in the lookup table.
and ideally this would be a private sub.

Please if anyone could help that would be great!
