Macro to copy data from multiple columns to new location and remove duplicates

I'm trying to copy data from multiple columns to a new location where I can then use the remove duplicates function on the Data tab. I've uploaded a sheet that shows what I'm trying to do. There will be significantly more data in the real one, but I've just put in some filler.

In the sheet, from the first section, I would select the labelled red ABCD columns and paste them in the corresponding red ABCD columns. Then I would do the same with the black, then the blue and so on.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

This is close to what I'm looking for, except I need to remove the duplicates of the entire pasted range as a whole, rather than the individual columns.
