    NxtEmpCell ignores first 4 rows

How can I change this code so that it doesn't go within rows 1-4. So if the next empty cell is within rows 1-4 then it starts at 5.

That works, but I can't figure out how to change the code on the Else side to set C to start from row 6 instead. I tried adding the line nxtempcell = 6 but it wouldn't allow it.
