Please find attached sheet
In that sheet you cant enter old date
But I want to freeze all that row once date is passed
even no one can change drop down also
Similarly If i put date on the top
then also all row should be freeze once date is passed
Please help
The simplest answer is to stop the user selecting the cell in the first place

If we do like that then user cant enter currant date in next row
we cant stop user for entering currant date in next row
but if user will try to edit anything from previous date row then it should not be change

You also need to change the code on Thisworkbook module for open event for the date criteria. If cell<Date-2 Then should be changed to If cell<Date Then.
