Command Button to Multiple Cells by value

Hi all,

Seems like a pretty easy one this morning.

I am working on the code so when a command button is depressed it will multiply a range by 0.7, and when not depressed it will return the range back to original values.

Tried many codes I thought were right but nothing happened.

Is there a way for it to always be set cells. (B7:B21) or do I have to select the cells each time?
