Conditionally copying from one workbook and paste results to another workbook -multiple

I have a sheet with unfiltered raw data.
I need to filter or lookup by a Name, copy rows to another Workbook that is closed in a separate folder.

Example:
On the attached workbooks, WS= Rawdata.xlsx; Sheet= Raw
I need either to filter by name or look up,
1. Filter on Name i.e. Tom than copy results
2. Copy row if the Name = Tom
Another workbook, WS=Namechosen.xlsx; Sheet = Tom
Paste results from the WS= Rawdata.xlsx; Sheet= Raw into WS=Namechosen.xlsx; Sheet = Tom.
It can overwrite what is on the sheet since the sheet will continue to gain more rows as the year goes on.

I don’t know which would be easiest Filter then copy or lookup and copy.
The actual workbooks will have:
• The Raw data workbook will have over 100,000 rows
• There are 11 separately named Workbooks to open, paste, and close.
o Each with varying number of rows – must overwrite
• The dates will start from 1/1/yyyy so each day the previous info will overwrite the previous.
• The frequency will be once a day.
• Macro can manually started with a key shortcut or button
