Show/Hide Macro

Looking for a macro to use in PowerPoint that does the following

1) Show/Hide Slides
• If check box 1 is selected: show slides (1-3) and hide everything else
• …..
• If checkbox 10 is selected: show slides (10-12) and hide everything else

2) Hide All/ Show All
• Override to check/uncheck all check boxes which would then trigger 1)

The point is really to make it easier to hide/unhide slides for printing

you could do something like this....
in a USERFORM, put your check boxes, then scan the slides setting hidden...

Thanks for the reply.

What I did was I inserted the check box, double clicked and pasted in the code you specified.

Some questions:

• When I click it hides, but when I unselect, it does not show
• I am only allowed to select/ unselect in presentation mode

Edit - There will also be multiple boxes selected.
