Remove spaces and unwanted details from excel sheet

Hi all

I have an excel list that is a PDF export, currently, it contains spaces and spaces which make the info unusable in Excel.

Is there a possibility of creating a macro/function that would clean up the exported output into a usuable format?

For better understanding I have attached the exported excel file with two worksheets: Original and Required Output.

The original shows the data as exported from the PDF and the Required Output shows the data format as needed.
