Autorun macro when cell value is changed

Hello,

I have already created a simple code to do Column A - Column C as attached in workbook.
I want to remove the button, just want to change cell value and when i hit enter,tab or leave the cell with new value, Macro should run and give new results.

Its difficult to use mouse and keyboard at the same time to click that button every time as there are 100s of rows.
Is it possible?
