Remove Duplicates in column and remove blanks

Hi All, is there anyway that i can have a vba macro that will remove that remove the duplicates as well as the blanks.

It will be place in Column AI3 - the header and the data will start at Ai4.

You can easily do this with the help of a Pivot Table. Post a sample workbook if you are Ok with this solution.

Cant be on Pivot table since there large data set
