HELP: Adding Named Range to a ActiveX ListBox

Hi, I'm trying to figure out two problems:

1. add a Range into a ListBox - Sheets("X").Range("Mobile_List") to show up in a ListBox in a worksheet.

Mobile_List = Accounts[MobileNumbers] (a column of a table named Accounts)

2. Return a selected value in a ListBox to a specific cell.

Can you please help me with the code.
