Finding and moving data up 1 row and placing in different columns

Hi, I have 2 issues i was hoping to get some help with.

First issue is. I receive a daily product sheet that has to be sorted and compared but for some reason some of the data gets moved down a row and across 3 columns.

In the sample sheet provided the data on rows 9,11,13,16 etc should be on its preceding row and in the corresponding columns.

Is there anyway, using vba code that this can be sorted.

If there was someway the code could find all the blank rows in column A and select B, C and D and move them up a row and place them in E,F and G

My second issue is with the data in Column B. All the data has extra invisible data tagged that i need to remove. Its like they've entered the code and then hit the spacebar 6 or 7 times.

It has become a real chore so any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.

    regards
    John

alansidman, that's exactly what i was looking for, thanks man.

Just tried it on my main sheet with over 1500 products and it done the job in a flash. It missed a few, not sure why but i'm very happy with the result.

    Hi Johnny

Try the Code I posted...it handles the trailing spaces in Column B...and A...and C...and D.

Thanks guys, awesome forum. I tried both the codes from 'fredlo2010' and 'jaslake'.

Both sorted the sheet brilliantly but gonna go with jaslake as it also sorts out the trailing space issues in A,B,C and D columns.

Many many thanks to everybody that helped me, it's a real time saver.
