Split cell contents into one/multiple rows

Hi,

Pls help with a macro/equivalent to split cell contents into one or multiple rows.
have attached an excel file stating the same.

For example: need to split row 1 into 3 rows to split up cell C3 contents (HEADER 3) and cell E3 contents (HEADER 5)
Note: Header 5 contains sums of numbers, see formula bar.

Expected results are tabulated in the same file
