    Onchange, vlookup event

    Hello, I've got excel file with around 500-600 rows, which are often added/deleted. I could use a VBA code which will watch column A and whenever something changes in it, it would add vlookup (but only when vlookup table 1 is matching, case function perhaps, if thats possible, otherwise it shows #N/D! error) function to for example column J, so offset would be like (0,10). I tried to transfer vlookup function into VBA but I can't even seem to do that:

    This code of course couldn't be used for my problem.
    Small example in attachement, any help will be appreciated.
