delete dependant list cells when origin cell info changes

I have this vb code which works well when the information is deleted.
However if you use the dropdown box and make another selection instead of deleting first, it does not run.

Is there a way to clear the cells if the info is simply changed but without emptying the cell?

Instead of emptying the cell , why dont you use just clearcontent!

I did not write that code, a member here did it for me. Where would I modify it to do that?
