Open Closed Book, carry out a VLookup and then put all entries into blank book

Hi Guys,

This is my first post.... thanks for the acceptance. I am looking to add to a macro I have already. This reads data in particular cells in Closed books consistently.

This macro will read a value from I4 from a list of excel spreadsheets and then write the name of the excel spreadsheet with the entry in I4 next to it.

I would like to look for a value in the closed workbook then read the entire row details into a new book. Looking at the below, the bit I am struggling with is to write a Vlookup function as a substitute for "i4". Is this possible?
